In 2008, 2010 & 2012 we collected mussels as indicators of water quality in conjunction with a 25 year NOAA toxics project. The project is run in our region by PSEMP – Puget Sound Environmental Monitoring Program. We are participating again in 2015/2016 as part of the Regional Stormwater Monitoring Project.
