Rent a Marine Science Kit!

Ideal for Home Schoolers and Teachers. Each of the kits described contains a teacher's manual and all other materials needed.

Discovering Puget Sound Kits, grades 4-6:

Kit One: Discoveries of early people living in Puget Sound, activities highlighting the physical, biological and human influences on life in the sound.

Kit Two: Builds on lessons in Kit One, examining beach sediments, interdependency of marine organisms, and ways to ensure the health of Puget Sound. Cost: (both kits) $125 plus shipping for 6 weeks.

Plankton Science Kit, middle elementary grades:

Activities explore plankton, the marine food webs and the interactions between plankton and people. Can be used to introduce the Science Center's Plankton Exhibit. Cost: $100 plus shipping for 6 weeks.
